Course Horn Lane  is a no-through country lane on the door step of Cranbrook, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, and surrounded by open farmland.

The development is a 20 min walk into town, or a 4 minute drive. The lane is secluded with no passing traffic and country footpaths are right outside your front door.

There are excellent schools within the area, catering for children of all ages (both in the state and private sector) including, Dulwich Prep Cranbrook right next door. You also have Saint Ronan's and Marlborough House in Hawkhurst and famous Benenden Girls School, all within a short drive. The properties are also within the sought after CSCA (Cranbrook School catchment area).
