Standing seem roof

Spring is nearly here and the site is a flurry of activity. The final windows will be installed next week, and the roof cladding has started.

The whole building will be clad in anthracite grey aluminium. The standing seam roof has started and should be completed next week. We will then move on to the external cladding.

The building is now beginning to look stunning and unique.

A few more details are taking shape.

These outside lights will sit next to the Oak front door, surrounded by the Oak and aluminium cladding.

They are elegant but industrial. The colours and materials echo the feel of the development.

The pond is showing signs of Spring, and a few ducks have even been spotted. The pond has been planted with 6 large lilies, and the bank supports have been planted with Irises and other flowering pond plants. This will make a wonderful summer display.

The wildflower meadow has now been planted with a Cornfield see mix . This will start to shoot in a few weeks with Corn chamomile, corncockle, cornflowers and poppies.

The bespoke timber and Oak staircases have also been ordered. These will be painted white with oak treads to match the ground floor flooring.

Things will moving quickly now, with all the finer details coming together, ready for completion early July.
