After a few weeks away, it was lovely to visit the site this weekend and view the amazing progress. Definitely on the home stretch. This is when all the design choices and decisions slot seamlessly into place.
The landscaping is taking shape for all 3 properties. The Millboard composite decking is all completed. The striking pergolas are midway through completion. Next will be the porcelain patios, site clearance and tidy and then the final driveways. We will wait until nearer the end of summer for turfing and planting.
Meadow Barn will be the first property to be fully completed. The engineered Oak flooring is down, second fix carpentry is well under way, and second fix electrics are nearly completed. The small interior design details are being added along with the final painting.
We had 2 new residents on the pond today, a baby Moorhen whose parents are nesting in the reeds, and a Mallard spend the day in the pond. Let's hope they decide to stay!
