Finally, after 12 months everything is approved and conditions are agreed.
Kent Design Studio and Kent Planing Consultancy have secured the planning amendments I needed to turn this old dutch barn into 3 fabulous, interior design led properties.
The main contractor should be appointed in the next week, and work will begin early May once the licences and ecology translocation have been completed.
It looks to be a fun-filled and busy summer!
