A lot has been happening since my last update. All 3 plots are now completed with just internal finished left to do. We are waiting for slightly cooler weather to crack on with the final turfing and planting of the 3 gardens.
The sale of Meadow Barn is progressing well. Carpets have been laid and we are snagging the final bits this week for inspection.
A plant room does not need daily access, so why not hide of out of site!This is a video of the hidden plant room in Meadow Barn.
I am meeting my clients for Pond Barn to do their snagging visit this week. This will push us to completion soon.
The parking areas have been completed, and each property will have their own dedicated bin stores to keep unsightly bins out the way. Each property also benefits from its own EV charing point.
